 Fiberglass question, how to cut |

whats the best tool to useto cut little holes in it. im new to fiberglass and dont want to break it. and can you copy fiberhglass. exmple like can i make an exact copy of this peice if so how ? thank

i used a dremel with either the cutting wheel or the sanding barrel... both worked great. i did the primary cutting with the wheel and cleaned it up with the barrel.
