 Fiberglass question, how to cut |

whats the best tool to useto cut little holes in it. im new to fiberglass and dont want to break it. and can you copy fiberhglass. exmple like can i make an exact copy of this peice if so how ? thank

To make a mold you can take the piece and spray mono insulating foam all over and then pull it off. line the mold with alluminum foil and then start fibreglassing. Do a search on fiberglass basics. Someone please confirm this is a good way.
