ifigetteh arospeed coilovers, will i really need the bearing as a necessity or will they be fine with out?!?!?

You should be fine without. Just lube/grease well on the bearings and the aluminum seat.

One of my friends had the DropZone Coils for his Cavlaier and he had these extra "plastic" type spacers that I used.

If you can fabricate one for yourself so that spring won't bind when turning that would be great. If not, just grease it well and it should work fine.
