anybody know anything about these brake pads? do yall think they'd be worth anything?

just go to autozone and pick up a set. If you have aftermarket wheels or you dont like any brake dust i would get the ceramic pads. They are really nice and produce no visable dust. They will cost you around 40$ for the front pair though.
