is there anyway to tune a fuel management system without a dyno? wanna turbo the st but there isn't a dyno in the entire state of alaska. well not that I could find anyway. could i just get conservative numbers from someone else and use those? just run a little rich to be on the safe side?

Atleast get the Wide band O2 and you will be able to tune it, or you can get the EGT gauge and try to determinate by this...
