is there anyway to tune a fuel management system without a dyno? wanna turbo the st but there isn't a dyno in the entire state of alaska. well not that I could find anyway. could i just get conservative numbers from someone else and use those? just run a little rich to be on the safe side?

Absolutely! Buy a wideband O2 and do pulls on the street....just be careful. Get an O2 that will log engine speed and the o2 reading at least (some do more). That way you don't have to watch it, you can concentrate on your driving. Do your pulls in 3rd gear, and don't get a speeding ticket.
