Anything's possible but it will cost a fortune. I know if you import a car they need to put a EGR system in to make it legal to come in the US.

yea, but they require more than just EGR.

for a 2nd gen 3sgte, the USDM EGR parts will bolt right on. it will still be expensive, and a lot of parts to source.

just setup a fake one and run a bottle of surepass when you test the car(have a good high flow cat as well)
