WATER LOGGED CELICA, HELP, dont drive though deep puddels!! Options

today it was porring down rain. On the way home, i found a puddle at the base of my hill, i drove though very slowly, and right in the deepest part, just up to the base of the door, the motor died, and now, after being pulled out of the water, and given time to dry out, it dose not start, it just clicks, like its trying to power up the starter, but it dose not work. what can I do, all the fuses are good, and everything seem to be in order. any idea.

note. I think what happen is that because my intake is in the bumper it probibly was a little under water, and sucked up some, although my filter is suppose to be water proof, and have never had any problem in the past.

HELP!! any tricks. anyone ever done this befor?

Question: A guy from work told me that once when he drenched his truck it started doing the same thing, just clicked when he turned the key. said it was from a switch that dose not work when wet, switch for the starter, could the celica have the same kinda thing?
