remote starter....., does anybody have it?? Options

some 7th gen was showin' it off at the meet last weekend. the car would turn on by itself and the bass was kickin'....all w/o anybody inside, creepy and cool at the same time so what are everybody's opinions on these things? i kno its pretty much useless (not like i need it) but it does have its cool factor when i just want to *BeEp *(engine sound) *(bumpin' music) from a couple of cars away. its around $130

ive got one, and my only complaint is if its at night...

problems with it...

ya know when u start ur engine, the door locks automatically? well, ill disarm my alarm (unlocking the door), and then i'll start my car.. walk up, and the doors are locked because of that feature. so u'd either have to arm and disarm again after its started, or u can just start the car before u disarm it, to prevent from locking itself.

and then.. the lights.. if its nighttime, and u remote start ur car, ur lights will come on with the engine and all (if u previously left the lights on), but then when u remote shut it off (to show off), the engine shuts down, but the lights stay on because no doors were opened after the engine went off (which is what disables the ligths)... u know what im saying??
