What kind of sensor indicates engine load on 7a-fe engine ? is it MAP or MAF ?

Sorry man, am not that good in english, but i need to know how much presure it can take and the other thing is it MAP or MAF sensor is on 7A-FE (now i know that it is MAP sensor  )
