well since my power antenna wont go up or down, i just disconnected the damn thing and jammed it all the way down. I wanna hook up an s2k antenna. I don't know if I want to do it the way the how-to showed it because it's sort of destructive and I mess things up, OFTEN.
I heard getting a Seventh Gen antenna mount is easier, is this true? or does anyone know of other, simpler ways? Also will the antennas from the GB over at NewCelica.org work fine? I did some research on this a while back and yes, you're going to have to get a 7th gen mast/tube asm. I think they go for about $35, but don't quote me on that.
Edit: that's if you want to do it the correct way, instead of screwing up your reception. Kingpreetham has done this mod with the 7gen mast, so PM him or shoot him a email. He's how I got some info on it from. This post has been edited by CelicaQT: Jun 4, 2004 - 8:24 AM |
