Hey, I'm new to the forums and was looking into getting a 6th generation celica, it seemed to be in my price range and I'm getting bored with my Catera. Anyways I just had a few simple questions. Does it have airbags. How do insurances companies look at them, I don't have the best driving record and the cost of insurance is probably going to be the biggest decision maker in which car I get. One last thing is I was wondering what the stock acceleration was like, 0-60 and 1/4 times basically.

Well the 6th gen celi is one of a kind! It not another HONDA, ACURA, or Eclipse driving around. Buy one and your dif have a very dif car, expecially if you fi it up. I have a 99 and yes it has dual air bags, I have power windows and mirrors. I wish I had leather seats though. Its o-60 is around 8 something maybe 7 for stick not totaly sure. I have an auto and its stiff fun to drive.
