Is it possible to buy the side skirts for the 96-99 celicas and install them onto the 94-95 ones??

do you mean the stock ones or aftermarket. Of course the aftermarket you can get but im not sure if anyone makes a stock design besides toyota but you could ask around. I liek my stock ones
 , expecially after i add the back lip!
