Ok I'm on the verge of buying a 94 GT or GTS but before I blow like 9 grand Canadian I need to know how much I can upgrade this beast. I'm a full time student so I dont have lots of cash but I'm good with cars and am going to do all of my own work, a few weeks ago I was considering a 2g Talon or a 95 integra but They dont have the looks of the celica. My #1 concern is performance though, so I was wondering is there any good place to start on a budget but without skimping on anything. When I was looking at Talons I came across this site

I'd like to know how much power I can get out of the 6g GT with like 2 grand invested into it, I think the 3s-gte swap is out of my price range but id like to know if there is a way to get around 250 hp on my budget and Id like to know if there is a site like the 2g DSM one above for the celica that has good info on the mods and theyre effects

Thats way too much, my budget is 2000 Canadian about 1350 US, even if I save up It'll be a while, by the way I bought a silver 1995 GT the other day so Im really anxious to see what I can do to make it faster, although, I've been driving this thing non stop and its amazing, quick starts, perfect turns, I mean like 90 degree turns at 90 km/h, wow Its better than I though, but to afford it It cost me all of the money I had saved, its taken me like a life time to save for this (I'm 17) so saving another 5000 US is out of the question, the reason I want the straight line speed is because around here thats all ne one does, Id personally like to do rally but everyone I know drags, there are a few preludes/integras/civics/talons/mustangs/firebirds that i'm looking to beat, they all seemed scared as **** of my car when they saw it but I havent raced ne one yet, ne Ideas what I can do on about 1350 US that would make my car as fast as it looks. Ill get some pics up soon
