After reading johns install thing I still have a couple of questions to the DIY'ers

The top nut on the front since it has very little pressure is that going to be a problem to put back on?

Common sense question but not POSITIVE: the rubber ends on the springs go to the top right? im like 95% positive they do.

In the Tein thing they recommend getting a new lock nut? wtf is this and do I need it?

Do i need alignment? I've heard yes and no. With the money I save I can pay to get it done. Shops in the area wanted ****ing 400 bucks.

take off the top nut while the strut is still bolted on the car

good plan...i did my rears with them off but the rears arent under any pressure. I had spring compressors just in case but i didnt get to use them. On my 3000GT i had to use the spring compressors though..someone woulda been hurt if i didnt smile.gif
