So I'm driving home from the gym today and I see this spot that looks like it is just a little dip in the road so I think nothing of it at first. But when I get about 15 ft from it I realize that it is a frickin meteor crator! So my first thought is swerve no luck car next to me, so I try to slow down but no way that is happening, BAM BAM big gigantic dent in my rim. OMG I am so pissed off, so now I have to buy a new rim!
I've heard that if you damage something on your car by hitting a pothole that the city is responsible for it, but I doubt it. Gonna try and call monday about it. I'm thinking it would be cheaper to get a new rim because I found one for $119+shipping instead of getting it repaired. I am so mad right now! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Great coincidense, I had this kind of incident with my GT4. Result, 1 bent rim, crack on pillow ball and broken ball joint on the strut suspension. And i was thinking of wrting a letter to the city and ask for money for the repairs. Now that i see this i will definately do it.
