 Curb Rash, How to fix it so I can paint over it |

Like it says, does anybody know how to fix curb rash so that I can repaint my rims either the silver that they are or a different color. I know that im gona have to sand them down some but Im looking for a way to fill them in also.

im not sure you can use body filler on wheels, altho theres probably a certain type made for wheels.
