I used to have this Corvette. It was sooooo fast, but every other day something went wrong with it. Do you swapers find that to be the case? can you tell the car wasn't meant to have that engine in it? Oil leaks, bad idle, rough starts, other odd problems you might have? I was just curious. I'd also Love to see some time slips and Dyno runs. I was over at Newcelica.org looking at their dyno charts and time slips and was kinda disgusted.
So,I asked. Thanks Jon |

ill tell you this....when you are doing the swap, you feel like you are raping your car. every little part of it has to come out. every screw, hose, axel, brake, crossmember, suspention, etc. its a lot of work especially if you have never done a swap before.
it will be all worth it when the car is back on the road....but if i had to do it all over again a 2nd time...i would probably just choose to buy a factory trubo car. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
