I turned on my air conditioner the other day and the little LED on the button started flashing and the air wasn't being cooled. It was as if the air conditioner wasn't even on.
But then sometimes I turn it on and it works fine. It seems like just randomly the light flashes and the air doesn't get cooled. What's wrong? |

![]() you dont know much about cars do you..... if 4 cyl cars stalled all the time with ac would they equip them.... no it puts a large load on the engine and the ecu compensates by increasing idle till the compressor gets going.... the start of a compressor takes the most power..... same as starting an electric motor.... inrush current of a medium sized motor may be 27 amps when its running current is only 15amp so think of the load a compressor could put on the motor up your regular idle a bit.... it may help |
