i am about to install 2 sony 12 inch subs and an amp (not sure which one at the moment) but will it be neccessary to replace my stock speakers??

also how can thives tell if ur car stereo or shti is worth stealing?? like say i get tinted windows 35% and since i have a coupe they cant see my sub box is that ok>?
