 They're just primered and I filled up those Notches with Fiberglass Bondo, I wanted to put it on my Celica then I found out it wont fit on my 95 Celica. I also want to sell my Celica and get a WRX Sti. Erebuni 404A front lip for 96-99 Celica Rear Extentions I let them go for 150$ plus S&H , If you're Interested just Private message me. -------------------- Sold my Celica....

If its a bumper yes...if ur interested in the 404A, it will only fit the 3 post which is for the 96-99. 94-95, have the 5 post U can make this lip fit but it will need more work than usual, costing u more money of course.
