Ive read lots of threads on these forums about the tein lowering springs and it sounds like everyone is happy with them, Ive also read that the tein springs + kyb combination is pretty popular, but I dont exactly know what kyb products I need for this setup, can somebody help me out?

I changed mine. Only bcus I tried taking them out when I installed my GC's before, seemed pretty worn through time. Not to mention the winter weather here. There's that risk of stripping that Allen head so be aware. I'd recommend changing them. I got mine for about $50 each. Did some research on them and that's pretty much how much you'd be spending for them.
