What would cause boost to drop on a turbo from 14 down to 12 psi? Could the turbo just need a rebuild its got 100k miles on it.

Its normal for turbos to lower their pressure higher in the RPM range, they just cant sustain that amount of boost.
Its normal, and unless u get a better turbo, its always going to happen. And it wont drop like that when its hot. When your pulling in hotter air it simply wont go so high. This post has been edited by Supersprynt: Jun 24, 2004 - 7:20 AM -------------------- |
