whats goin on people,
Last nite my clutch started to go...its slipping like crazy so time to replace it. As of now the only mods i have are a custom CAI and the greddy exhaust. Im really not planning on spending anymore money on improving performance. The only way i would, would be if the engine went, and then i most likely would do the 3sgte swap. My question is should i just get a stock oem clutch kit or do you guys think i should go for somehting a bit more like a cm stage 1 or something. i really dont race at all and am looking more for good gas mileage and smooth performance. However i was thinking if im goin to replace the clutch i should look into a new lighter flywheel and see what my options are in that area. How much do they usually run and do you guys suggest gettin one? Thanks for all your help! |

Yeah as long as its made for the 7afe tranny. Stage 1 is just the rated clamping force.
If ur doing a 3sgte swap, i'd recommend a stage 2, however you cant use the 7afe tranny with that engine, so i'd just get a stock clutch. -------------------- |
