 Blue smoke from exhaust on startup?, whats that mean? |

im gettin some blue smoke when i start the car, but only when i start it.. does that mean my valve seals are bad? and what are valve seals?

Is it just a "ware and tear" thing, or is it caused by rough driving, or both?
