I have a jdm GT4 (1998). My tail lights were JDM new model. I bought a spare set of tails but they are not the JDM one to experiment. I painted them and put only the right one on to see what it looks like. I did not have time to put the other one on because i needed to go back to work. When i started the car the tail light warning signal came up (the one in the speedometer above the open door signal). I have checked the lights and they light up just fine.
Can anyone tell me why the warning light is on? is it because i have one jdm light nad one not? As i understood the jdms are direct replacements of the oem. Should this be true the other way around? Help please. ![]() |

damn all you GT-4 owners.. ya'll have a warning lite for you tail lights too..damn we really got bent over side ways in the US... we pay more for less...
but if your warning light runs on the same logic as the FAST BLINKER warning we have on the us models.. and there is nothing wrong with your tail lights.. and the rear blinkers check your front blinkers.. -------------------- |
