 Rear Speakers, Is it 6.5" or 6.75"? That is the ? |

I have been looking around and I can't confirm the exact size of the rear speakers.
Some have said that speakers are 6.5" all around and others said 6.75" The fronts are 6.75"...didn't check the rear. What size are the rears? |

AHH here we go again. I posted the answer in another post about the fronts. Please make sure you understand that 6.75 are not likely to fit right in to the fronts. I fit 6.75īs just fine in the back. So letīs go over this one more time to leak out confusion. FRONT - In my celica, 6.5 (which is what the shops tell you) would not fit. I had to make an adapter... You may likely have to do the same. Apparently Shid got 6.5īs to drop right in... may be something done to different celicas for diferent years. DO NOT confide in the fact that 6.75īs will fit in front. Didnīt for me or many others, and may not for you. Check out the how-toīs for more info. BACK - As far as I know, all the brackets are the same for the back. I fit my 6.75īs no problem in the back. You may have to file down some plastic because of how the borders are made on the bracket, but the holes line up fine. Ed. |
