Forplay is sooo right about the mask. If you use a cheap mask, your nose hairs will be the same color as your car and you will cough up color tinted loogies. Your health and safety are first priority. I think you can do it,there's alot of things involved when painting but it sounds harder to do than it really is. Practice on something else first to get a feel for things and don't get in a hurry. You will probably mess up a few times before you get a hang of it,but, it is something that alot of people get to scared to do themselves and you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your own hands did the work.
