What's Cheaper?, Or should i say....better deal?

And i figure i am going to spend $3gs and if so which would you guys go for. I mean Should i say screw my engine and go for the 3SGTE or keep mine and rebuild? Which is the better way to go? Thanks, DJMC

Coomer View Member Profile Administrator Joined Aug 23, '02 From Seattle, WA Currently Offline Reputation: 14 (100%)	It's going to be cheaper and easier to rebuild your 5S-FE(to factory specifications...I'm assuming that's what you'd do, or are you thinking more performance?) That said, the 3S-GTE will provide you with more power(unless you rebuild the 5S-FE and put tons of money into it to get the 3S-GTE's power, in which case you'd be spending more money than doing a swap.) If you've got the money, time, and dedication, and you want a turbocharged car, I'd say go with the 3S-GTE. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
