What's Cheaper?, Or should i say....better deal?

And i figure i am going to spend $3gs and if so which would you guys go for. I mean Should i say screw my engine and go for the 3SGTE or keep mine and rebuild? Which is the better way to go? I'd say that you'd probably spend $2.5-4,000 on the front clip and parts, and then I'd guess $1,000-3,000 for labor.
