 wierd problem with lights turning off, after car shut off |

ok so up untill recently the lights have turned off when i turn the car off and open the door, but now sometimes it doesnt do it, anyone have any idea?
i havent really been doing anything different and i cant seem to recreate the situation and make it do it again |

When the lights don't turn off, is your door open light on? Or is it still off? I know that when my car got painted, my lights wouldn't shut off, and my door open light wouldn't come on. It turned out to be a bad ground on the door switch because the bare metal had been painted over.
