I got my HKS muffler on today. My shop offer to take off the resinator for free too, telling me it'd sound better. What a horrible idea. I sound like a honda up-top now. So get this. From the pre-cat in the header back, I have stock 2" piping to my testpipe (where the res was) which is 2.5", back to 2" for the bend, then from axel back, 2.5" to my striaght thro muffler.
So who on here is not running a resinator? What's a good aftermarket res? Should I be running full 2.5 all the way back? -------------------- NASA/SCCA RX-7....currently under the knife
