im thinking about buying this sub box off of ebay. But what im wondering is will i get a good sound quality out of my subs with this material of a box? Or would a regular MDF wood box be better?

I'd imagine that that enclosure might work for lower-output subs, but I bet that it would sound bad because it would flex. Put a XXX or a IDMax or W7 or something in there though, and I think it might explode, because it's pretty thin.
Plus, I bet that box weighs a ton. I'd go with something fiberglass...it's a lot of work(I'm doing it now, again), but it can turn out great once finished. ![]() -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
