 wierd problem with lights turning off, after car shut off |

ok so up untill recently the lights have turned off when i turn the car off and open the door, but now sometimes it doesnt do it, anyone have any idea?
i havent really been doing anything different and i cant seem to recreate the situation and make it do it again |

actually it appears to be my driver side door causing the problem and that wasnt painted
i cant seem to recreate the problem , coom can you take a picture of the door close sensor or something so i can check it out |
