i just wanted to tell you guys that i managed to get my swap running! had some electrica problem, but most of that is sorted out now. thanks to everyone that helped me out with this project.
i only started the motor up a few times and ran to for a total of 15 min, but everything sounds good so far. one of my axels is not in right, so i have to fix that, do my intercooler piping, exhaust, and put everything back together. then ill take it for a drive. cant wait! -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

well it was 2 things that were wrong. you were 100% correct about that one black and orange wire! but after i connected that, i still wasnt reading 12v at the last ignitor pin, so i added my own 12v line to it (bad idea). this gave me 12v to that wire, but also caused my coil to read 12v at bowth pins when it should only read at one of them. then the next day i recharged the batterie and noticed that my car was just loosing power all of a sudden. one of the main batterie wires that runs to the fuse box was starting to come loose. originally i used a "no crip" 8gauge connector on it. that connector must have not been making good contact, and thats why i wasnt reading 12v at the last ignitor wire. after i put a better connector on it i decided to take off that one wire that i was using to jump 12v to the ingnitor and tested all the pins again. to my surprise they all started reading correctly! i turned to my fried and said "it will start now! "...i was sooooo happy when it started to fire!!!!! -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
