my spoiler and front bumper are chipping... badlllly..... guess im gonna geta body kit, would a fiberglass bumper hold up fine or are they pretty bad, mind u im not rich, i need to pay for college so i cant afford to much, so if its not gonna work out i wouldnet be able to get it cuase i cant fix it every year

If your really low on money, you can buy half decent paint equipment, the spray gun and paint for $75-$100. Then you biggest problem would be to find a area that is ventilated and protected from the outside. If you do it outside do it in the shade, where its not windy and pray it doesnt rain.
Of course the prep work and the technique take a while to master, but since you have lots of free time and little money this could be right for you.
