my kinda friend has a rsx type s (really suped up) anyways he burys the needle when racing past 9 grand.
and naturally i want to do this really bad but i was wondering what i would need to do to my car to make this safe? i heard it was something about the ecu, i dont know. anyways instead of asking him how he does it i thought id ask you guys what i would need to do to be able to bury my needle? -------------------- Former: 96 GT 5 speed (i/p/e) Fate- rear ended by mack truck

first off you dont have a honda... as good as that sounds.. you wont be able to hit that thype of rpm.. hondas are made to reach max power at high rpms.. toyotas are just like small designed v8s power at low rpms.. your going to want to shift around 5800-6200 , depending how fast you can ****, you will still be in your power band, witch is the only reason to take into such high rpms.. toyotas have a lower rpm powerband .... so dont even think or try to take your car that high.. Also do alot of research before you even try to race or anything like that, cause otherwise your going to be like every other 16 y/o kid that gets a car an just drives like an ass.
