my kinda friend has a rsx type s (really suped up) anyways he burys the needle when racing past 9 grand.
and naturally i want to do this really bad but i was wondering what i would need to do to my car to make this safe? i heard it was something about the ecu, i dont know. anyways instead of asking him how he does it i thought id ask you guys what i would need to do to be able to bury my needle? -------------------- Former: 96 GT 5 speed (i/p/e) Fate- rear ended by mack truck

burying the needle in the tach Its just gasn' her til the needle is way past redline... thus burying it in the tach And 5800 is way to high in IMO to shift a GT... no torque or HP up there. Hondas however are made to shift at redline or very close too. They have no torque off the line, but will kill you in top end. Gotta love that VTEC. grrrr VTEC is evil... thats why god made VVTi-L |
