you need to remount the exhaust, it is setup to high next to the bumper, you cant fit the zephyr lip inbetween the stock bumper and exhaust tip unless you lower the exhaust... it isnt a major problem, just FYI.

my exhaust hangs down a tad bit on the right side just by the way they welded it on, so im thinking if i got that rear i wouldn't have that much of a problem, but damn do i want it!
