 Whats the diff between premium and regular gas? |

this is prob already posted at celica.net but im too lazy and it takes too long to load
...so whats the difference between premium and regular gas? everyone ive talked to says that its just bs and theres no performance gain what are your opinions? |

High octane burns cleaner.. thus your combustion is more powerful... therefor you go faster... you won't notice much with regular or premium... try running TURBO BLUE through your engine...WARNING>>> if you still have a caytalitic converter don't put more than half a tank of TURBO BLUE in your car, mix it with premium... newayz... TURBO BLUE is rated at 117octane.. you WILL feel a difference no matter what you have under your hood. Also running a cleaner gas will not mess with your 02 sensors as much so you will gain a little there.
The only prob with TURBO BLUE is the cost... Its about $4 a gallon where I am from --------------------  99 project version 3.0.. hello SEMA 2010 =) |
