So guys who have done it, how many screws do you have to take off and where are they? I know where most of em are, just wondering if theres any "hidden" or hard to find ones. I want to take it off and put on my new rear Invader I bought from Andason on in 1 day.

Agreed. Half the fun is figuring it out. Just start with the taillights and work your way through.
