 Headlights, What type are they? |

I'm looking at getting super white headlight bulb from an auction but the guy has the following items:
Available: H4, 9005, 9006, 9007 (also have H1, H3, H7 but the packaging are different from the photo) 9007 - 65/55W 9006 - 80W 9005 - 100W H4 - 100/90W H7 - 55W H1 - 55W H3 - 55W Which one does our cars use?? I opened mine and was hoping to see a label on the bulb telling me any useful info but there was nothing on it. Please help? Thanks! |

Hi,
With an SSIII in NZ, I've heard the ones you've mentioned, as well as 65/55 (high/low) - just to add to the confusion  I'd say if you got 55w for the low beams and 60w or (65w) for the high beam you'd be fine. From what I've read the best bulbs available in NZ at the moment are the Philips Blue Vision (not actually blue in colour but 4000K white bulbs) and the Philips Vision Plus (50% brighter than standard).
