does anyone know the wire color meanings of the wire that go to the ignition ....
cause i want to eliminate my key entirely when i get the push button so i need to know what each wire means so i can cut off the key |

ok. you still will need the key in the on position..there's really no way around that, other than if you wire up a switch...i had mine set up to where ONLY the button would start the car...so you had to turn the key, then hit the button...
the wire you need on the ignition cylinder is the black/white wire. then you'll need a constant 12v, then a 12v when "on", and a ground. if you want it set up like i had mine, just cut the white/black wire, and run the end coming from the body harness to the starter button. just leave the end comin outta the plug hangin. ![]() -------------------- |
