i wondering whats the best method,
the method i think i am going to do is just fiberglass it from the inside and fill it up on the out side with some everlast & dyna body filler. but i think i heard that welding is the best method. so if you have done this i would like to hear how ya did it |

fiberglass will bond well, if the surface is preped properly. And don't expect 7 inches to hold very well. The fiberglass you is not the same stuff you use to do custom trunks and stuff. There is premixed fiberglass that comes in 2 stages. Get the fine stuff and use that. When welding, use a mig welder that uses gas. Migs are the easiest to use.
