 weird noise, need help (auto) |

since yesterday my car has been making this weird noise. Its an automatic ST with 63k miles. The sound comes from the front driver side area..
it makes this noise when i'm pushing the car and even when i'm rolling. The driver side cv axle was replaced about a year ago. I'm not sure if its the axle or the tranny. Anyone have any ideas? it also pops too.. like when i give it gas and then i hit the brakes firmly. or when i come from a complete stop and start to accelerate it will pop also.. anyone selling an ST tranny in cali? does anyone know how hard it is to pull out the tran? could it be the hub bearing? could be your hub bearing... you can check this by pushing the top of the tire and seeing if the wheel shakes and pops if it does then it's the bearing..
