Anyone know this Bumper/Front-Spoiler, ...for the ST-205 Options

First of all I'd like to introduce myself since I'm new to this List. My name is Tibor and I am from Switzerland. Some of you guys know me due to the fact that I am on most if not all GT-Four related List found in the Internet.

I also run a little website: www.t-performance.ch where I have hard to find parts, mostly for the ST-205. This site has less of a commercial value to me, rather than just sharing my hobby with other GT-Four enthusiasts out there.
I myself have a Silver 1994 ST-205 WRC - Group-A-Rallye which is production-number 1999 of the total 2500 produced.

Now I have seen this Front-Bumper/Spoiler on 'launsports (Japan) homepage and I haven't been able to find who it is form anywhere:

1st of all welcome....
If you have the Hiper Rev Magazine Vol.87 at page 143 you will find out this car details(Body kit,engine etc) but the problem is that the description its in Japanese only:(
I will write down for you everything about brands including in this car description:
