Celica Performance chip, What is it?? Options

I read that someone has a celica performance chip; i've never heard of it before. What does it do?

Just as I said.

My advice to everyone that is wondering on chip ugrades, here is the answer.

Go out an subscribed to magazines like Turbo, Sports Compact Car, Modified Mag, Super Car and so on.

A nice aftermarket P-ECU like TEC III, AEM, Autronics, Motec, Haltech are very good computers.

Let me try to reason here to some hard heads

Want performance, this is the guy who cannot wait and know everything but nothing.
