 Shifting with out the clutch?, possible? |

Lately i have been hearing about being able to shift gears with out using the clutch, there is a certin rpm or somethin u can do it at. when i first heard this, i said bull**** and didn't think about it, but i've heard 2-3 more people mention this, anyone heard anything about it, is it possible with our cars?

oh like when your goin down a hill and you can do that instead of having the engine jumping up to 5k rpms. i do that somewhat, i usually just start to slow down awhile back before the light or stop sign and then just downshift from like 4th to 3rd when i get to around 30mph then do the start to brake alittle and put the clutch in as i brake the go into second and then just put the clutch in again and use the brakes till i stop then go into 1st and all....
