 Please help with Fuel Filter.., ..need info |

I have the 5sfe. I need to know a few things about the fuel filter. Is it under the air box? Does anyone have a how to? How much time does it take to replace (estimated)? What complications are there to changing the filter? Will this improve mpg and throttle response? My GT has 183k miles and the accelerator feels a little sluggish at times. I dont think the previous owner changed the filter at all. She was driving around with a big space missing from the gasket that goes on the valve cover.

i did a whole engine swap and other major work on my car, and i think im going to pay the dealer to do that filter for me... the filter is on so tight and there is very little room to work with, that you run the risk of damaging your fuel lines if you mess up.
