In the Engines forum. I've just looked over some recent threads since returning from vacation and noticed 1/2 a dozen within a page regarding 3sgte info thats been covered over and over again. Perhaps a 3sgte FAQ with links would do nicely.

hahaha yes it does

So do you and DG plan to do a write up? I'd love to see one on the site. biggrin.gif

well we were but then you started deleting posts in my wiring thread a few months back. that was kind of insulting, becasue there i was, trying to get my car to run, and you were trying to limit people from sharing information.

so now i dont know whats going on with the write up, need to talk to DG about it, since he is the real expert on this topic. i still plan on doing it, but 1st i want a nice long brake after just finishing my swap.
the write up is not easy and there is a lot of information that would need to included into making it a complete "how to".

We were just trying to protect Mike's rights, to protect ourselves, as Mike could've gotten laywers involved and possibly got the site taken down had his diagrams and stuff been posted. Unlikely, yes, but it still could've happened, so we were trying to get people not to post his diagrams and stuff. We really meant no offense and weren't trying to insult anyone.

So I hope that you and DG can write something up whenever you get a chance if you want to. If not for me, for everyone else...I wouldn't use the information myself as I don't plan to do the swap, but I'd love for the site to have a completely awesome writeup to help everyone who wants to do the swap out. smile.gif
